Cambia Health Solutions among Forbes Best Employers for Diversity in 2024

Cambia Health Solutions has been recognized by Forbes on its list of America's Best Employers for Diversity 2024. This award is presented by Forbes and Statista Inc., a statistics portal and industry ranking provider. The full awards list can be viewed on the Forbes website here.

"Our employees carry this commitment through to our health plan members, making sure we are meeting their unique needs so that no one falls through the cracks."

The Best Employers for Diversity 2024 were identified in an independent survey from a sample of over 170,000 U.S.-based employees working for companies employing at least 1,000 people within the U.S. The evaluation was based on three criteria:

• Personal Recommendations: Employees were asked to give their opinions about a series of statements regarding age, gender, ethnicity, disability, LGBTQIA+ and general diversity in their current workplace.
• Public Recommendations: Participants were also given the chance to evaluate other employers in their respective industries that stand out either positively or negatively with regard to diversity.
• KPIs: Extensive research was carried out to evaluate how companies fared across a range of diversity-related best-practices. This included things like representation, accountability and communication, internal initiatives, and external involvement.
