NOTICE OF WATER RIGHT APPLICATION

LAS 35310

Pursuant to AS 46.15.133 and 11 AAC 93.080, notice is hereby given that Pioneer 28100 LLC, 3351 Arctic Blvd, Suite 300, Anchorage, AK 99503 applied for a water right on November 18, 2024 (Priority Date). The application proposes water withdrawals associated with an existing water bottling facility at 28100 Denaina Elders Road (parcel was previously addressed as 26101 Old Glenn Hwy, Chugiak).

Source of Water: Existing well, 217 feet in depth, within the legal description below.

Amount of Water: 80,000 gallons per day

Legal Description of well and the Area of Appurtenance: Tract A, Mystical Raven Subdivision, according to the official plat thereof, filed under Plat No. 98-102, records of the Anchorage Recording District, Third Judicial District, State of Alaska. Parcel is located in SW1/4SW1/4 Section 19, Township 16 North, Range 1 East, and SE1/4SE1/4 Section 24, Township 16 North, Range 1 West, Seward Meridian.

Per AS 46.15.133 (a), within 15 days of publication or service of notice, persons may file with the director written objections. Comments or objections must be made in writing by email to [email protected] or by mail to Alaska Department of Natural Resources, Water Resources Section, 550 W 7^th Ave, Suite 1020, Anchorage, Alaska 99501-3562 by 5:00 p.m. December 22, 2024. Pursuant to 11 AAC 93.080 (6), "The public comment period set by AS 46.15.133 (c) begins the first day the newspaper publication appears, or the first day of posting, or upon receipt of the notice as evidenced by the certified mail receipt, date stamp, or other evidence of actual service."
