Lodi Utilities Celebrates 115 Years of Service

Locally owned, not-for-profit Lodi Utilities is celebrating 115 years.

Lodi Utilities is a proud member-owner of WPPI Energy, a not-for-profit wholesale energy provider and joint action agency. The utility's milestone anniversary received recognition at an awards ceremony during the WPPI Energy Annual Meeting on Sept. 15, 2022, in Middleton, Wisconsin.

"I'd like to extend my congratulations and appreciation to Lodi Utilities for 115 years of service to their community," said WPPI Energy CEO Mike Peters. "It's a significant milestone, and we're happy to celebrate it with them today."

"Our utility is owned by the local community, and I think that's a big strength," said Lodi Mayor Ann Groves-Lloyd. "This milestone anniversary gives us the opportunity to reflect both on what has brought us to this point and what we want to achieve in the future."

Lodi Utilities is a municipally owned and operated electric, water, and waste water utility, serving more than 3,000 customers in Lodi, Wisconsin.
