AHFD Dispatched to Structure Fire
AHFD Dispatched to Structure FireAuburn Hills, Michigan - Wednesday, May 1, 2024 - Tuesday, April 30th, 2024, at 5:02 PM the Auburn Hills Fire Department was dispatched to 3000 block of Auburn Rd. for a reported structure fire. Personnel arrived and found a working structure in the kitchen of a two-story residential home. The resident reported that everyone was out of the home. Mutual aid companies arrived and assisted in extinguishing the fire. The kitchen was heavily damaged as well as a wooden deck on the back of the house.
Fire personnel from Rochester Hills, Rochester City, and Bloomfield Township Fire Departments provided mutual aid at the scene along with backup fire emergency coverage for the city. Auburn Hills PD assisted with traffic control and the closure of Auburn Rd.
