Introducing Atlante, a single portal that collects all the data on the Campidoglio's real estate properties. A true revolution that will enable transparency, easier access to information, and a faster and more agile management of procedures for the Campidoglio's patrimony, estimated to include approximately 100,000 properties.

The Almaviva Group, through AlmavivA Digitaltec, as a technological partner of the administration, developed the platform, managing the operational governance of the project and coordinating all of the stakeholders involved: KPMG, Nolan Norton, Medilife Spa., and IdeaRE - Idea Real Estate S.p.A.. Three of Rome's public universities also joined the team: Sapienza University of Rome, University of Rome Tor Vergata, and University of Roma Tre.

The first slot open to residents has just been activated.

In addition to Roman and municipal structures, residents and associations can also take advantage of the platform, on which it is possible to view all of the confiscated properties in the area on a map, searching by municipality, address, category, and surface area.

"With the Atlante project, we're testing out a national best practice in Rome," commented Tobia Zevi, the Councilor for Heritage of Roma Capitale. "The goal is to be more transparent and to simplify the lives of everyone: professionals, individual citizens, social organizations, and economic operators. It is a massive project that will last for several years, but today we can already see the framework and the approach that will be implemented day by day."
