McEachin Launches Inaugural ‘Holiday Lights Across the District’ Program

Washington, D.C. - Today, Congressman A. Donald McEachin (VA-04) announced the launch of the inaugural "Holiday Lights Across the District" program.

The "Holiday Lights Across the District" program provides constituents with the opportunity to submit photos of their holiday decorations. The program is open to all residents of Virginia's Fourth Congressional District. Photo submissions will be displayed on Rep. McEachin's website and on his social media platforms.

"I am excited to announce our first-ever Holiday Lights Across the District program for residents of Virginia's Fourth," said Rep. McEachin (VA-04). "The holidays are a special time of year for so many families, and I hope this program will provide Virginians with a fun opportunity to share in the holiday spirit and spread some cheer. I am eager to see your submissions and wish you and your families a happy, healthy holiday season."

Specific rules for entries include:

• You must be a constituent of Virginia's Fourth Congressional District.
• Individuals can only submit photos of their own place of residence.
• By submitting your photo, you waive your rights to the photo and authorize its display online.
• Any photo that includes a minor must be submitted by a parent or guardian, who agrees to the conditions listed above.
• Submitting a photo does not guarantee its publication.
• Deadline to submit a photo is December 31, 2021.
