Beauregard Design Advisory Committee Meeting

The Beauregard Design Advisory Committee (BDAC) will hold a meeting on Monday, March 11, 2024 from 7-8:30 p.m. at the Patrick Henry Recreation Center, 4653 Taney Avenue. The agenda includes a vote for a new committee chair, approval of previous meeting notes, and any staff updates on approved projects under construction. Staff will also provide an update on and answer questions about the Alex West Small Area Plan process.

The purpose of the Beauregard Design Advisory Committee is to review applications for preliminary development plan special use permit approval within the Beauregard Small Area Plan for compliance with respective urban design guidelines or standards and make recommendations on such applications to the Planning Commission and City Council through the Director of Planning and Zoning.
