VA Scholarships for Summer Cohesion Participants

Chemung County Department of Veterans Affairs - Chemung County Dwyer Program

In collaboration with the Chemung County Youth Bureau, we are pleased to announce scholarships for the children of eligible Chemung County Veterans to attend Summer Cohesion free of charge this year.

Veterans must stop by the Chemung County Department of Veterans Affairs to provide proof of service and residency. Once those requirements are verified, veterans will receive an award letter containing a registration link and scholarship code.

The Chemung County Department of Veterans Affairs is in the Human Resources Building, 425 Pennsylvania Avenue, Elmira, NY, Room #303. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to Noon and 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM. If you have any questions, please contact the Department of Veterans Affairs at (607) 737-5445.
