COVID-19 PFIZER Vaccine Booster Update
Following the CDC's recent recommendation on the PFIZER vaccine COVID-19 booster shots, Clarke County Hospital has scheduled a PFIZER vaccine booster dose clinic on Thursday, October 14, 2021. Booster dose recipients must have received the PFIZER primary series (2 doses) vaccination and fit in one of the following categories:
What: PFIZER Vaccine COVID-19 booster shots for eligible recipients
When: Thursday, October 14, 2021 beginning at 8:00 am.
Where: Clarke County Hospital, 800 South Fillmore, Osceola, Iowa
How: Call 641-342-2128 to schedule an appointment
PFIZER Booster dose recipients must show proof (vaccination record) of PFIZER primary two dose vaccination prior to receiving the PFIZER booster dose.
