We're excited to celebrate a few of our amazing Zoomies recently recognized by CRN as Women of the Channel (WOTC). This list highlights the accomplishments and contributions of women leaders in the IT channel.

At Zoom, we believe strongly that diversity across the workforce - and especially in leadership - fuels innovation. Our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Team and leaders play an active role in supporting our commitment to inclusive hiring, pay equity, and a diverse work culture.

Meet our Women of the Channel below, and hear their tips and keys to success:

Laura Padilla, Head of Global Business Development and Channel

Laura was named to WOTC's Power 100 list, which spotlights the top female executives of the channel. Over the past year, she played a key role in launching Zoom's Master Agent Referral Partner Program with a focus on Zoom Phone; created an independent software vendor (ISV) partner program; and built new carrier and enterprise partnerships globally, onboarding new distributors in key markets such as EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. She leads a stellar team responsible for channel sales, business development/alliances, and partner program and strategy.
