Liberty Avenue Ramp to the Fort Pitt Bridge Inspection Work Saturday in Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh, PA - PennDOT District 11 is announcing inspection activities on the Liberty Avenue ramp to the Fort Pitt Bridge (I-376) in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, will occur Saturday, May 11 weather permitting.

​Inspection activities will occur on the ramp that carries Liberty Avenue traffic to the Fort Pitt Bridge from 6 a.m. to noon on Saturday. Single lane restrictions will occur in the following locations:

  • The Liberty Avenue ramp to the Fort Pitt Bridge

  • The Interstate Connector - Southbound I-279 to eastbound I-376

  • The ramp that carries traffic from westbound I-376 and Commonwealth Place to northbound I-279

Crews from the Markosky Engineering Group, Inc. will conduct the inspection.

Motorists should be prepared for changing traffic patterns. Please use caution when driving through the area. Work zone safety is everyone's responsibility.
