Esade recognized by Merco as best educational institution in Spain for talent

The Merco Talento España 2023 report analyses 6 perspectives, 11 sources of information, and more than 52,000 surveys. Consultations were made with employees, university and vocational training students, business school alumni, human resources managers, people management experts, head-hunters, lecturers, union representatives, and the public. The overall ranking is led by Inditex, Iberdrola, and Repsol, and Esade is ranked #59.

María Díaz added: "The fact that these groups rank Esade as the best school for attracting and retaining talent shows their confidence in our brand and recognizes our impact on society through academic innovation, research, and debate".

The Merco Talento study, now in its 18th year, highlights that the most attractive companies to work for are admired for their values and results, for encouraging a sense of belonging, for offering good salaries, and for belonging to an attractive sector. Within this last section, the report points out that the energy, gas, water, and pharmaceutical sectors are strengthening their reputation in terms of talent; the banking, food, and beverage sectors are recovering; and the insurance and educational sectors are maintaining their reputation. However, the technology and software and general distribution sectors are becoming less attractive for talent.
