Temporary closure of Peak Post Office

As a postal staff member has been confirmed positive of COVID-19, Peak Post Office is temporarily closed this morning (29 November) for thorough cleaning and disinfection of all the facilities and mail items and will be re-opened at 12:00 noon today. Delivery of local and inbound mail may subject to delay. Service Guarantee of Hongkong Post shall not apply*.

Members of the public can access postal services at General Post Office (2 Connaught Place, Central). Hongkong Post apologises for the inconvenience caused.

For enquiries, members of the public may call the Hongkong Post enquiry hotline at 2921 2222.

* Service Guarantee of Hongkong Post shall not apply to any interruption of service due to causes beyond Hongkong Post's control including, but not limited to: acts of God, disruptions in transportation networks, adverse weather conditions and pandemic.
