Negative Declaration

Clinton County - The Town of Plattsburgh Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed UMS Properties LLC Production Facility Site Plan 2023 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of approximately 433,800 square foot light manufacturing and warehouse building, which includes approximately 21,000 square foot of office area and approximately 117,000 square foot of second floor warehousing. The majority of the building and office area would be approximately 45 foot in height with the second story warehouse being approximately 80 foot in height, and material silos that would be approximately 60 foot in height. In addition to the primary building, the site would also have an accessory storage area for waste and recycled materials, raw material silo, and two 6,500 gallon production gas tanks. The project is located at 26 Irish Settlement Road in the Town of Plattsburgh, New York.
