Negative Declaration

Monroe County - The Town of Riga Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Jessop Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the development of 2.75 acres to create 3 new building lots and to leave one remaining land parcel on an existing 48.8 acre, four lot subdivision. The project includes the creation of 3 new building lots with single family homes, driveways, and associated utility improvements including water, electrical, and storm/drainage provisions as well as the creation of individual septic tanks. The project is located at 877 Riga Road in Churchville, Town of Riga, New York.
