CRN Channel Awards 2024: Ricoh UK shortlisted as a finalist in two categories

Ricoh UK has been shortlisted in two categories at this year's CRN Channel Awards for Best DE&I Project/Initiative of the Year and Reseller of the Year (£25m - £250m).

The awards, widely regarded as one of the most prestigious in the UK technology industry, recognise and celebrate excellence and innovation across the channel.

The Best DE&I Project/Initiative of the Year category highlights companies with exceptional commitment to DE&I best practice. Ricoh has proactively implemented DE&I strategies for nearly a decade to foster an inclusive workplace and drive positive change across the industry. Led by a dedicated DE&I team based in the UK, Ricoh's data-led approach is designed to engage with every level of the organisation through the executive sponsorship and employee-led affinity group initiatives as well as its culture change programme.

Ricoh is also shortlisted for Reseller of the Year (£25m - £250m) reflecting its outstanding performance, customer service, and innovative technology solutions focused on creating exceptional employee experiences. The company's approach and expertise, supported by a strong partner ecosystem, earned Ricoh several industry awards and recognition including a spot on TIME magazine's World's Best Companies of 2023.

Glenn Griggs, Ricoh UK's CEO, said: 'We are honoured to be shortlisted in two categories at what are widely regarded as the most prestigious awards within our sector. The fact that this achievement spans both commercial success and corporate responsibility is a testament to the dedication and passion of our people. It is their relentless focus on customer service and innovation that enables us to continue delivering exceptional value to our customers.'

Glenn continued: 'When I started my role last year, I made a commitment to lead people-first change and grow a diverse and inclusive organisation, so I am particularly delighted that CRN has recognised our efforts in this area.'

The CRN Channel Awards winners will be announced at the ceremony in London on 14th November.
