Laurel - ; The Delaware Department of Transportation announces the closure of Bi State Boulevard between Allens Mill Road and Old Race Track Road starting on April 15th through April 19th (weather permitting) for the replacement of 3 crossroad pipes along the roadway. Please follow posted detours.
Motorist are reminded to slow down in work zones and expect minor delays while in the area.
