The Town of Davie Will Conduct Fire Alarm Testing at Town Hall

Town Hall operations and services will not be impacted.

DAVIE, Fla. - The Town of Davie will conduct a fire alarm testing on May 20 and May 21, 2024, at Davie Town Hall located at Pine Island Park, 8800 SW 36th Street. Testing on modular buildings (A, B, C, D and HR) will be between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. to ensure that the Town's fire alarm is in working order.

Testing Schedule:

Monday, May 20, 2024

• Building D: Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts

Tuesday, May 21, 2024

• Building A: Building Division, Business Tax Receipt, Engineering Division and Utilities Customer Service
• Building B: Budget and Finance and Information Technology
• Building C: Administration, Community Redevelopment Agency, Mayor and Town Council, Planning and Zoning, Town Attorney and Town Clerk
• HR Building: Human Resources

Please note that during the testing, the facilities will continue regular business operations and access to the respective building lobbies will remain available.

Town staff and members of the public may hear the alarm sounds during the test, and a light on the exterior of the respective building being tested will flash to indicate the alarm was activated. Residents and visitors should not be alarmed as this is only a test.
