National Forensic Science Week

National Forensic Science Week is September 15-21, 2024, officially recognizing the important role that proper forensic science facilitates in the investigation of crimes nationwide. Specifically, the Titusville Police Department will be recognizing our own Forensic Investigations Section team members during this timeframe for their vital work, occurring 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, along with their continuous and vigilant efforts to exonerate the innocent and identify the guilty via skilled evidence collection and processing, which remain crucial elements in all areas of the criminal justice system.
