Engine power loss during descent, landing on the runway shoulder, tail boom strikes the ground.

Preliminary data based on the notification from the Indonesian authorities:
During descent the pilot noticed an abnormality with the engine parameter. The % NG indicated a split of about 5 to10 %. The pilot attempted to equalize however the split became greater, then decided to make a shallow approach and land on the left shoulder runway. After landing, the pilot found the tail boom was damaged.
