Preparations for the II International Legal Forum 'Tashkent Law Spring' are in full swing
The II International Legal Forum 'Tashkent Law Spring' will be held in Tashkent on April 22-23 this year.
The Forum was organized by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the second time with the participation of partner organizations. Problems and current trends in the development of law will be discussed at a prestigious event in the international arena.
For this purpose, an open dialogue platform will be created, in which leading international and local experts will take part. At the same time, through the forum, the international community will get acquainted with the current legal reforms in Uzbekistan. The main theme of this year's forum is 'Law 4.0', which will focus on what law should be like during the fourth industrial revolution.
The forum will be attended by the ministers of justice of a number of foreign countries, heads of courts and other state bodies, representatives of international organizations, leading world legal and consulting firms. In addition, well-known scholars, specialists and experts in the field of jurisprudence, jurisprudence and economics are expected to participate.
The forum will focus on state legal policy, government transparency, legal technology, common (English) legal system, mediation and arbitration during pandemic restrictions, intellectual property protection, policy implementation, ensuring independence, fairness and impartiality.
