SAN ANTONIO (Dec. 1, 2022) - It's the holiday season and San Antonio Public Library (SAPL) is ready with a sleigh full of fun. The library is hosting a selection of free programs even Grinches and Scrooges would love! In addition to festive programs, the Library is also ready with tons of cookbooks for new recipes, children's books to entertain the kids during the holiday break, and over 2,500 children's programs streaming for free on Kanopy.

SAPL's Wall of Warmth is also back. This initiative collects warm clothing such as socks, hats, mittens and gloves to provide to those in need, especially during the colder months. The public is encouraged to take what they need or donate new hand-made or purchased items. Participating library locations include Bazan, Brook Hollow, Carver, Central, Cody, Johnston, Las Palmas, McCreless, Pruitt, Potranco, San Pedro, Tobin, and Westfall Branch Libraries. To learn more about the Wall of Warmth, visit guides.mysapl.org/wallofwarmth.

Make it a December to remember with SAPL! For a complete list of Library events, visit mysapl.org/events.
