At the request of the Vice-prime minister and minister of Economy and Work, the Insurance Commission has prepared a draft law transposing European Directive (EU) 2021/2118 amending Directive 2009/103/EC of 16 September 2009 relating to insurance against civil liability in respect of the use of motor vehicles, and the enforcement of the obligation to insure against such liability, and amending Article 2bis of the Law of 21 November 1989 on the compulsory civil liability insurance in respect of motor vehicles with regard to the exemption of the insurance obligation for some motor vehicles.
