50 Years of CDBG: Celebration on April 27

April 2024 marks the 50th birthday of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), a federal program making many improvements and investments possible in local communities. The Cities of Dayton and Kettering, in partnership with Montgomery County, are celebrating on Saturday, April 27, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Dayton Bike Yard. There will be demonstrations by local bike enthusiasts, information highlighting transformative projects funded by the CDBG throughout the Miami Valley, a resource fair, food trucks, and music.
