Wickford Barracks

At 7:06 am, Troopers arrested Lewis Black, age 58, of 93 Ellery Street Apt. #1, for 1.) Failure to Stop for Accident Resulting in Damage to Attended Vehicle 2.) Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates and 3.) Driving with Suspended/Revoked/Cancelled License - 3rd Offense. This arrest was the result for a motor vehicle accident investigation. Mr. Black was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed then transported to Third District Court.

At 9:56 am, Troopers arrested Jose Pineda-Estevez, age 49, of 38, Home Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for a Providence Superior Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Arraignment Conference on the Original Charge of Felony Assault and/or Battery. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Warwick. Mr. Pineda-Estevez was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and then transported to Providence Superior Court.

At 11:05 am, Troopers arrested Ryan Orsi, age 26, of 16 Pioneer Lane, Auburn, Massachusetts, for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/Drugs-1st Offense- B.A.C. Unknown and 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 37 in the City of Warwick. Mr. Orsi was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released.
