ORDER SUMMARY:

1. Gary Gordon ("Gordon"), as a Constable/Deputy Constable in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, failed to timely file a Statement of Financial Interests for the 2022 calendar year in compliance with Section 1104(a) of the Public Official and Employee Ethics Act ("Ethics Act"), 65 Pa.C.S. § 1104(a).

2. Per the Consent Agreement of the parties, we hereby levy a civil penalty against Gordon in the total amount of $200.00 for Gordon's delinquent Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2022.

3. To the extent Respondent has not already done so, Gordon is ordered to make payment of the aforesaid civil penalty in the total amount of $200.00 by no later than the thirtieth (30^th) day after the mailing date of this Order, by utilizing the Commission's electronic payment system or by forwarding to this Commission a certified check or money order in the amount of $200.00 made payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for deposit in the State Treasury.

4. Failure to comply with Paragraph 3 of this Order will result in the initiation of an appropriate enforcement action.

Income Maintenance Case Worker
Department of Human Services
Delaware County, PA

ORDER SUMMARY:

1. Ciara Henderson ("Henderson"), as an Income Maintenance Caseworker with the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services ("Department of Human Services"), failed to comply with Section 1104(a) of the Public Official and Employee Ethics Act ("Ethics Act"), 65 Pa.C.S. § 1104(a), when she failed to file a Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2021 with the Department of Human Services.

2. This Commission hereby levies one maximum civil penalty against Henderson at the rate of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per day for each day her Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2021 has remained delinquent, for a total civil penalty of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00). Henderson is ordered to pay said civil penalty in the total amount of $250.00 by no later than the thirtieth (30^th) day after the mailing date of this Order, by utilizing the Commission's electronic payment system or by forwarding a check to the Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission made payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for deposit in the State Treasury.

3. Henderson is ordered to file a complete and accurate Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2021 with the Department of Human Services by no later than the thirtieth (30^th) day after the mailing date of this Order, with one copy forwarded to the Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission for compliance verification purposes.

4. Failure to comply with Paragraph 2 or 3 of this Order will result in the initiation of an appropriate enforcement action.

ORDER SUMMARY:

1. George Del Rio ("Del Rio"), as a Property Maintenance Inspector for the City of Reading, failed to comply with Section 1104(a) of the Public Official and Employee Ethics Act ("Ethics Act"), 65 Pa.C.S. § 1104(a), when he failed to file a Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2021 with the City of Reading.

2. This Commission hereby levies one maximum civil penalty against Del Rio at the rate of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per day for each day his Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2021 has remained delinquent, for a total civil penalty of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00). Del Rio is ordered to pay said civil penalty in the total amount of $250.00 by no later than the thirtieth (30^th) day after the mailing date of this Order, by utilizing the Commission's electronic payment system or by forwarding a check to the Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission made payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for deposit in the State Treasury.

3. State Workers Insurance Fund Claims Adjuster

ORDER SUMMARY:

1. Aisha Brooks ("Brooks"), as a State Workers Insurance Fund Claims Adjuster with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry ("Department of Labor and Industry"), failed to comply with Section 1104(a) of the Public Official and Employee Ethics Act ("Ethics Act"), 65 Pa.C.S. § 1104(a), when she failed to file a Statement of Financial Interests for calendar years 2021 and 2022 with the Department of Labor and Industry.

2. This Commission hereby levies one maximum civil penalty against Brooks at the rate of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per day for each day her Statement of Financial Interests for calendar years 2021 and 2022 has remained delinquent, for a total civil penalty of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00). Brooks is ordered to pay said civil penalty in the total amount of $500.00 by no later than the thirtieth (30^th) day after the mailing date of this Order, by utilizing the Commission's electronic payment system or by forwarding a check to the Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission made payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for deposit in the State Treasury.

3. Brooks is ordered to file a complete and accurate Statement of Financial Interests for calendar years 2021 and 2022 with the Department of Labor and Industry by no later than the thirtieth (30^th) day after the mailing date of this Order, with one copy forwarded to the Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission for compliance verification purposes.

1. Karina Almonte ("Almonte"), as Property Maintenance Inspector for the City of Reading ("City of Reading"), failed to comply with Section 1104(a) of the Public Official and Employee Ethics Act ("Ethics Act"), 65 Pa.C.S. § 1104(a), when she failed to file a Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2021 with the City of Reading.

2. This Commission hereby levies one maximum civil penalty against Almonte at the rate of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per day for each day her Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2021 has remained delinquent, for a total civil penalty of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00). Gregory Riedlinger ("Riedlinger"), as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry ("Department of Labor and Industry"), failed to comply with Section 1104(a) of the Public Official and Employee Ethics Act ("Ethics Act"), 65 Pa.C.S. § 1104(a), when he failed to file a Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2021 with the Department of Labor and Industry.

2. This Commission hereby levies one maximum civil penalty against Riedlinger at the rate of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per day for each day his Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2021 has remained delinquent, for a total civil penalty of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00).
