Chamber Response to the UK Consultation – Data: A New Direction

The Chamber's U.S.-UK Business Council recently submitted comments to the UK government on its proposed changes to the GDPR post-Brexit, as well as encouraging the UK to take a pragmatic and more flexible approach to data adequacy to ensure continued data flows to the EU, U.S. and other markets.
