Project Description:

The applicant intends to install a driveway to service a single-family home to be constructed at the southern end of Redbridge Road in Henrietta (parcel ID: 189.04-1-7.112). The driveway would include a turnaround on land owned by the Town of Henrietta (parcel ID: 189.04-1-7.001). Both segments of the driveway are within the 100-foot regulated adjacent area of class 2 state wetland HR-10. The proposed house is not located within the regulated wetland area and no disturbance would occur within the wetland proper. The department is seeking public comment prior to making a final decision on permit issuance.

State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Determination:

Project is not subject to SEQR because it is a Type II action.

State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination:

Evaluation using a Structural-Archaeological Assessment Form or other information has concluded that the proposed activity will not impact registered, eligible or inventoried archaeological sites or historic structures.

Coastal Management:

This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.

DEC Commissioner Policy 29, Environmental Justice and Permitting (CP-29)

It has been determined that the proposed action is not subject to CP-29.
