Kahoot! AS – New share capital registered

Oslo, Norway, 9 March 2021 - Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Kahoot! AS (the 'Company') on 23 February 2021, regarding the resolution by the Company's board of directors to increase the share capital by 18,489.20 by the issuance of 184,892 new shares pursuant to the authorisation given to the board of directors at the extraordinary general meeting held on 14 January 2021. The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.: Foretaksregisteret). The new registered share capital of the Company is NOK 44,639,847.70, divided into 446,398,477 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
