- According to the notification of Banque Pour Le Commerce Exterieur Lao Public (BCEL) No 0397/BCEL, dated: 26 March 2024.

Lao Securities Exchange (LSX) would like to inform you on the Ex-dividend Date (Ex-dividend, "EX-D") and the Record Date (Record Date, "RD") of Banque Pour Le Commerce Exterieur Lao Public (BCEL) for the year 2023 (detail in attachment).

EX-D date is one business day before the Record date, which used to confirm the list of shareholders. Shareholder whose names appear in the registration book shall have right to receive dividend. Investors who sell stock on or after EX-D date still have right to receive the dividend, but investors who buy stock on or after EX-D date have no right to receive the dividend.
