Planning Commission Opening

The City Clerk's Office is accepting applications for Planning Commission to fill one full term expiring August, 2027. Pursuant to City Council Policy 1.9b, the City Council invites applications from current commission members and interested citizens.

The Planning Commission is composed of seven members who advise the City Council regarding a full range of development-related issues, including amendments to the City's General Plan and Zoning Ordinance. Regular meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. in the City Council Chamber of City Hall. In addition to the regular meetings, study sessions are held periodically. Additionally, members are periodically asked to serve on Planning Commission committees, including the Site and Architectural Review Committee. Applicants should give full consideration to the time commitment required for service on this commission. Eligibility Requirement: Campbell resident and at least 18 years of age.
