Kirkland Represents Brightstar Capital on Douglas Products Acquisition

Kirkland & Ellis advised private equity firm Brightstar Capital Partners on the acquisition of Douglas Products and Packaging Company, LLC, a specialty products manufacturer and marketer of high-quality brands in the global agriculture production and structural pest control markets. The transaction closed on September 20, 2023.
