A teenager is in a critical condition following a single-vehicle crash in southern Sydney.
About 12.25am today (Sunday 13 October 2024), emergency services were called to the Kingsway, Caringbah, following reports a car had left the road, fallen into an underground car park and crashed into a generator.
The driver - a 16-year-old male - was freed from the vehicle by Fire and Rescue NSW before he was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics and taken to St George Hospital in a critical condition.
Officers attached to Sutherland Shire Police Area Command established a crime scene which will be forensically examined by specialist police.
