On Friday, May 14, 2021 at approximately 9:00 AM, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested John Paxtor, age 39, of 47 Burnside Street, Providence Rhode Island, for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant out of the Providence Police Department for Domestic Assault and Domestic Malicious Damage. This arrest was the result of an investigation by the Violent Fugitive Task Force. Mr. Paxtor was taken into custody without incident, processed and then turned over to Providence Police Detectives.
