  • Contributed more than $230,000 to the Beaumont Independent School District for STEM funding, robotics and curriculum deployment. We're proud that nearly 5,500 students have participated in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) programs since 2018.
  • Contributed more than $130,000 to the Southeast Texas Family Resource Center to support afterschool STEM programming equipment and activities. The program has served 100 students from ExxonMobil fence-line communities annually since 2018.

  • Partnered with the East Baton Rouge Parish School System to invest more than $1 million in initiatives to enhance math and science literacy among teachers, foster early literacy programs for elementary students, and provide internship opportunities for high schoolers.
  • Developed an ExxonMobil High School Internship Program, to introduce Louisiana high school students to industry careers. Nearly 40 students representing six parishes completed the 2023 program.

  • Champions women in STEM careers through an annual contribution to the Women in Industry Conference held in Galveston since 2021. The company's support has helped spark interest in STEM careers for more than 1,500 women in the Greater Houston area.
  • Contributed more than $1.5 million since 2008 to strengthen the ExxonMobil Process Technology Program at Lee College, helping prepare students for process operator, research technician and laboratory technician careers.
