Dr. Matthew Dallimore Appointed President of Radiation Monitoring Devices, Inc.

Concord, Massachusetts - July 1, 2022 - Dynasil Corporation of America ("Dynasil") is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Matthew Dallimore as President of Radiation Monitoring Devices, Inc. ("RMD").

"Dr. Dallimore brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the fields of science where RMD is a recognized world leader," said Peter Sulick, President and CEO of Dynasil. "We believe his expertise will be instrumental in continuing to successfully move RMD forward."

Dr. Dallimore will assume his new role from Dr. Michael Squillante on or before August 1, 2022. Dr. Squillante took over the position of President in March of 2022 upon the passing of Dr. Kanai Shah. Dr. Squillante will assist Dr. Dallimore during a two month transition process prior to his retirement.

"Dr. Dallimore comes to RMD after a long tenure at Symetrica where he was a founding member," said Dr. Michael Squillante, President of RMD. Following the attainment of his doctoral degree from the University of Southampton, he served Symetrica for two decades in various roles including Lead Scientist, Program Manager, General Manager, Director, and Chief Technology Officer."
