Compass Minerals Names Todd Kipper as VP of Commercial B2B Sales

Compass Minerals has promoted Todd Kipper to vice president, commercial business-to-business (B2B) sales.

Kipper is responsible for leading the plant nutrition and consumer and industrial (C&I) sales teams as they work to meet the needs of the company's customers.

Serving in sales roles of increasing responsibility, Kipper has been with the company for nearly 30 years. During his tenure, he has been instrumental in managing key accounts, driving front-end value, building and training teams, and developing distributor networks.

Prior to joining Compass Minerals, Kipper held roles at Farmland Foods Inc. and FDL Marketing. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing from Loras College and a Master of Business Administration degree from MidAmerica Nazarene University.
