Rep. Wilhour Recognizes U.S. Air Force Veteran on his 90th Birthday

U.S. Air Force ROTC veteran and retired farmer, David M. Gaines celebrates his 90th birthday on April 27, 2024 in Salem.

State Representative Blaine Wilhour (R-Beecher City) provided a birthday certificate for Marion County veteran and farmer, David M. Gaines on the occasion of his 90th birthday over the weekend. Family and friends traveled from as far away as Tennessee, Ohio, and Massachusetts for this special occasion.
