Dentons advises DRFG on investment in the Ister Tower project in Bratislava

Bratislava-Dentons advised DRFG, a Czech investment group, on the acquisition of Ister II, s. r. o. from The Galata Group. The target company owns premium land in the newly developed Bratislava downtown where the multifunctional "Ister Tower" project will be situated.

The €250 million project consists of three buildings: a 100m high skyscraper with 33 above-ground floors, as well as two smaller apartment buildings. The project will include approximately 500 apartments, as well as commercial premises and underground parking.The construction is expected to start in the first half of 2024 and take three years to complete.

DRFG is a Czech investment group, which invests in real estate, telecommunications, financial services and retail.
