FGA Names Sanders Governor of the Year

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders received the "Governor of the Year" award at the Arkansas Policy Recognition Dinner hosted by the Foundation for Government Accountability on Thursday, April 18th.

"I'm honored to receive this award - and even more honored by what it represents. The Foundation for Government Accountability has been fighting for more responsible, more efficient government for over a decade. I'm proud that under this administration, Arkansas is leading on those issues," said Governor Sanders.

"From education to the economy and housing to health care, Governor Sanders has tackled the biggest issues facing Arkansans with a fierce defense of our country's founding principles and a deep love for her state," said Tarren Bragdon, President and CEO of the Foundation for Government Accountability.
