The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Powder River Proppants LLC (F031406,P0037598):

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Powder River Proppants LLC to construct the Powder River Proppant Sand Processing Plant, located at 200 Cole Creek Road, Glenrock, in Converse County, WY, consisting of the following equipment: one (1) 75.0 MMBtu/hr Tarmac Dryer (CKD001), one (1) Rotex MM5300-2 dry screen (CSH001), three (3) Rotex MM3180-3 dry screens (CSH002-CSH004), one (1) McClouskey S190 Triple Deck portable screen/rinser (CSH005), one (1) Tarmac International # TI-477 pulse jet baghouse (BAG001), two (2) 547 hp MTU - 8V1600G20S diesel generator engines (ENG001-ENG002), three (3) 15,000 ton stockpiles (FUG001), twenty (20) conveyor/transfer drop points (LUD001), one (1) 500 gallon diesel storage tank (TNK001), and two (2) ponds to be used for water recycle and sedimentation.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency's analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F031406 and permit number P0037598 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Converse County Library, Douglas, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Converse County Clerk's Office, Douglas, Wyoming.
