2nd Street Closure – Rosser Avenue and East Avenue B

BISMARCK, ND - Starting at 7:00 am on Monday, May 10, 2021, 2nd Street between Rosser Avenue and East Avenue B traffic will be shifted to the west side of 2nd Street and parking will

be removed for approximately three days to install water main along 2nd Street as part of the water main replacement project. The west approach of East Avenue A will be closed to traffic.

Access to local businesses will be maintained. Access to the Avenue A mail drop box will be from 3rd Street
