West 3rd Street Closure

The City of Sioux City Engineering Division announces the closure of West 3rd Street between Market Street and Bluff Street. Access to homes and businesses will be maintained. This closure will allow a private contractor to move equipment into an adjacent building. This closure will begin the morning of April 11, 2024 and is anticipated to be completed by the end of the same day. Motorists are advised to reduce speed, drive cautiously, and obey all traffic control signs with regards to this closure. A detour utilizing Market Street, West 4th Street, and Bluff Street will be posted. Other routes may be available.
