Riverside Drive Closure

Beginning on Saturday, April 20th, 2024, at about 6:00 a.m.and continuing through Friday, May 24th, 2024, at about 5:00 a.m., Riverside Drive between Georgia Ave and Union Avenue will be closed to through traffic for Memphis In May Events. Drivers who use these sections of Riverside Drive are advised to take an alternate route during the closure.

For northbound traffic, the signed detour route will use Carolina Avenue, Third Street, and Jefferson Avenue. For southbound traffic, the signed detour route will make use of Jefferson Avenue, Second Street and Carolina Avenue.
