At 11:53 PM, Troopers arrested John Sanderson, age 28, of 32 Elmore Avenue, Woonsocket, RI for: 1) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs- B.A.C. Unknown- 1ST Offense 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 295, in the Town of Lincoln. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed, and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Third District Court, where he will also be presented as a probation violator.
