Visit of the Federal Constitutional Court to the Supreme Court of India

A delegation from the Federal Constitutional Court headed by President Prof. Dr. Stephan Harbarth and Vice-President Prof. Dr. Doris König visited the Supreme Court of India between 6 and 10 March 2024. The delegation was received by the Hon'ble Dr. Justice Dhananjaya Yeshwant Chandrachud, Chief Justice of India and President of the Supreme Court of India. The topics discussed in the working sessions included climate change, the adoption of technology to facilitate justice delivery, the relationship between public international law and constitutional law, and judicial review of legislation and constitutional amendments.
