The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

EOG Resources, Inc. (F029756, P0037365):

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by EOG Resources, Inc. to install sixteen (16) 750 bbl produced water storage tanks (TNK014-TNK021, TNK034-TNK041), four (4) 765 bbl desander tanks (TNK022, TNK023, TNK042, TNK043), eight (8) 1,000 bbl skim tanks (TNK024-TNK027, TNK044-TNK047), eight (8) 500 bbl oil storage tanks (TNK028-TNK031, TNK048-TNK051), four (4) 500 bbl solids storage containers (TNK032, TNK033, TNK052, TNK053), two (2) up to 2.0 MMBtu/hr line heaters (HET003-HET004), one (1) enclosed combustion device (FLR001), two (2) dissolved air flotation units and various electric motor driven pumps, and by removing one (1) 10,000 bbl water storage tank (TNK004), two (2) 620 bbl produced water storage tanks (TNK005, TNK006), one (1) 620 bbl skim/slop oil storage tank (TNK007), and one free water knockout (SEP001). The Flatbow 36 Water Reuse Facility is located in the SE¼ NE¼ of Section 36, T42N, R73W, approximately twelve (12) miles east-southeast of Pine Tree Junction, in Campbell County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency's analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F029756 and permit number P0037365 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Campbell County Library, Gillette, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Campbell County Clerk's Office, Gillette, Wyoming.
