Centre Gallery hosting 19th Annual Great Plains Juried Art Show

The Centre Gallery on the campus of Southeastern Oklahoma State University is hosting the 19th Annual Great Plains Juried Art Show from March 28 to April 25, 2024.

The Centre Gallery is housed in the Visual and Performing Arts Center, located at 1614 N. First Street in Durant. The show will be open from 1- 5 p.m. on Monday through Friday and by appointment by calling gallery coordinator J. Matthew Freeman at 580-745-2068 or [email protected].

The juror for the 19th Annual Great Plains Juried Art Show is Kimber Bosse, gallery director for 517 Gallery with the Denison Arts Council and the Executive Director for the North Texas Arts Festival. Bosse received her Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from Southeastern and has exhibited her works regionally, primarily focusing on sculpture, encaustic, and found object mediums.

The award presentation for the show and closing reception will be held at the Centre Gallery on Thursday, April 25, at 5:30 p.m.
