Our primary goal is to advocate for individuals facing barriers to stable or full-time employment due to past mistakes or infractions. Through FreshStart, we provide comprehensive assistance throughout the application and interview process, ensuring a smooth transition into the workforce.

Are You Eligible?

If you're ready to embark on a journey toward a brighter future, here's what you need to know:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Released from incarceration a minimum of "upon release" to six months ago
  • Various waiting periods apply depending on the nature of past offenses.
  • Deferred adjudication, probation, and parole are allowed.
