First Lady Erdoğan meets with Vietnamese Prime Minister’s wife Le Thi Bich Tran

First Lady Emine Erdoğan met with Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh's wife Le Thi Bich Tran.

During the meeting, it was stated that Türkiye and Vietnam mark the 45^th year of the bilateral relations this year and that the Vietnamese Prime Minister's visit to Türkiye starts a new chapter in the relations.

Drawing attention to the both countries' cultural richness in traditional weaving and fabrics, First Lady Erdoğan and Mrs. Le Thi Bich Tran exchanged views on potential cooperation in this area as well as on steps to be taken with regard to the Zero Waste Project and environmental protection.

Mrs. Le Thi Bich Tran signed the Global Commitment to Zero Waste following the meeting.
